Mr. Williams joined the project in July 2018, with previous experience in plant engineering and operations management. As COO, he establishes company policies, oversees personnel, and manages the company budget. He is also the primary liaison with the company board, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

Mr. Zoeller plays a crucial role in engaging stakeholders and developing local, state, national, and international partnerships. His extensive background in public service, law, and international trade initiatives makes him a high-impact leader for WVR. He has served as the Chairman of the World Trade Center Indianapolis since 2017, where he connects Indiana leaders with the World Trade Center’s Association. Prior to that, he served as the Attorney General for the State of Indiana from 2009 to 2017.

Mr. Chambers has over 20 years experience in chemical plant operations and maintenance. Joining WVR in 2018, he has spearheaded CO2 transport and sequestration infrastructure development. With extensive technical knowledge encompassing gasification, cryogenic air separation, acid gas removal, sulfur recovery, and auxiliary units, he brings critical expertise to the team.

Mr. Chitturi was named Vice President of Engineering in 2022. He is responsible for managing the engineering staff, interdisciplinary personnel, and contractors. He oversees the project’s technical design, engages with stakeholders, and maintains cost control measures. His previous experience includes engineering and project management of various ammonia, urea, and melamine plants.

Mr. Reed joined the project in 2018 as Vice President of Technology. His previous experience includes serving as the controls engineer and instrument, electrical, and analyzer shop lead for the WVR facility. He enhanced maintenance activities through data analysis automation, DCS upgrades and replacements, and comprehensive training programs for operations and engineers.

Mr. Rimsans joined WVR in 2024 and brings 19 years of experience in public affairs, government relations, public relations, and community outreach. His experience has given him an understanding of the political landscape, and skills in building relationships with key stakeholders and advocating for organizations to effect change. He served as Executive Director of the Indiana State Building and Construction Trades Council as well as a Deputy Commissioner for the Indiana Department of Labor.

Ms. Stark-Fields joined WVR in 2021 and brings 25 years of accounting experience in the public and private sectors. She contributes to WVR’s effective financial management and overall operations and growth. She is responsible for all financial recording and reporting activities.

Mr. Gaikwad joined WVR in 2023 and brings over 15 years of engineering experience in the oil and gas, petrochemical, water and cement industry as an instrumentation and control system engineer. He has a Professional Engineering endorsement (PE) as well as certifications in Project Management (PMP), Safety Function Safety Expert (CFSE), ISA Certified Automation Professional (CAP), and Functional Safety Engineer. Mr. Gaikwad is a Senior Engineer at WVR.
